i think it's pretty apparent that rachel didn't possess the whole force. just because she used the "phoenix force" (which is what it's called by the way. makes sense that it's mentioned, huh?) doesn't mean she wielded the full force. especially considering the number of phoenix avatars, all of whom use the "phoenix force". man, you're reaching.
and you still haven't addressed the very simple fact that if she held the universe in her hands (which it seems you concede), jean is clearly greater than any universal entity. and it follows that the force is much much greater, because it was implied that kid omega and an untold number of other avatars also had power to affect a universe.
