According to one of the most AWESOME videos National Geographic has ever made, called FIGHT SCIENCE (check it out on Google), a black belt tae kwon do fighter can “react in only 0.18 seconds - nearly twice as fast as the blink of a human eye.” I am not sure that this is fast enough to dodge a bullet – BUT, I believe that quite possibly one of these fighters CAN react before you can pull the trigger, by watching for certain signs – for instance, the knuckle tightening on your trigger-finger as you prepare to shoot, your eyes narrowing, stuff like that…
Please note, I did NOT say these trained fighters can dodge bullets – what I AM arguing, is that if these guys are trained in what signs to look for (like a poker player looking for give-away tell-tale signs in his opponents) s/he CAN react before you even pull the trigger! And kill you – in one blow. This was also proved by National Geographic in Fight Science – a ninja CAN kill you in just one blow!
I have to admit, according to Wikipedia, Wolverine has "Superhumanly acute senses, Superhuman stamina, agility, and reflexes", which I do believe will support the argument that Wolverine might just be categorised as a "bullet-dodger", especially in conjunction with his martial arts training, which, as I have stated earlier, was proven by National Geographic to enhance even normal human beings' reflexes to an astonishing degree.
Here is a quote from Wiki: "Wolverine has also demonstrated that his agility and reflexes are also enhanced to levels that are beyond the human body's natural limits, displayed by dodging Cyclops' optic energy beams at point blank range in Wolverine: Origins #5."
Now while I am not stating that Wiki is the ultimate source of knowledge on all matters comics-related, I do believe there is enough evidence to support the argument that Wolverine might be able to dodge bullets, even while we would all agree, I am sure, that he is not quite in Spiderman's class of speed and agility.
I know that Wolverine is the cause of a lot of controversy in these forums, but while I do not wish to exaggerate his stature even more than it has already been, nor do I wish to take away from him what he has earned and rightfully deserve.
Therefore, unless somebody can PROVE that Wolverine can NOT dodge bullets, I am going to go out on a limb here and argue that yes, it is feasible that Wolverine might be able to dodge bullets.

This is basically what I was saying. Most street levelers look for tell when it comes to dodging gunfire (direction barrell is pointing etc). I helps them to avoid being shot. Does it mean that they are fast enough to dodge bullets? No. It just means they won't be in the path of the bullets cause they would have moved beforehand

All he was doing there was proving that he's faster than Cyclops.... Cyc has to move his head and press a button to fire his blast, Wolverine only had to see him prepare to fire and move before he "zzzarked" him

I think I have seen some scans of DD being able to actually dodge bullets.

Last I heard, the only bullet catching scene that has ever been posted was from a non-canonical comic. Hence, unless something CANON IS posted....
no he hasn't.
Daredevil, though, can feel bullets coming with his radar sense and twirl between him - by his own admission.
ULTIMATE Daredevil, though, has said that he CAN'T dodge bullets.
So, there you go.

This guy is with the program.
Although in reality no way DD etc. should be able to dodge bullets.

*yawn* So yout trying to compare real world physics to comic book physics. LOL
Spiderman has stopped bullets in mid flight. Cap has stopped bullets after they have fired as well. This means both of them can dodge bullets.

Spider-Man can, Cap can't.Why is the "comic book physics" defence always pulled out when someone can't defend their point using reason?
Agreed
Sometimes comic book physics is acceptable, I don;t think it is here. Bullet dodging is such a ridiculous feat.
As far as I am concerned, dodging bullets and lasers should be invalid feats for anyone. If they are that fast, they should have to show it in other places. Bullet dodging is just something that heroes have to do, or they would die. To be honest, it is more of a low showing for soldiers in the MU that they can't hit a moving target going just above human speed
It makes no sense for cap to dodge bullets. I would argue that, in many ways, it makes no sense for Spider-Man to dodge bullets. However, not having a spider-man to test this theory on, we will never know.
Bullets job like what in the Marvel Universe
