Um? how could Scathan be equal to LT if he is over Protege? Protege and LT are exactly equal in power.

After reviewing this incident, i must concede, you were right K.

I had forgotten that the LT was apparently handled by Protege,
it's a single panel but it's quite clear.

................................................................................

Beyonder says:

"On the boy rests the fate of Any and All Realities"

................................................................................

Even the LT confirms this with an expression, as does Eternity & Hawkgod:

................................................................................

Protege reviles the LT, Eternity & Hawkgod:

"This feeble Trinity poses no threat to me"

"I offer you power beyond a Deity's dreams, moreover,
a chance to strike down these Paper Godlings"

................................................................................

Protege owns the LT Eternity Hawkgod and everyone else there:

................................................................................

Scathan owns Protege with a gesture:

................................................................................

The LT absorbs Protege, while Protege is held physically by Scathan:

................................................................................

And it's all Canon!

(excerpt from the official Handbook 2006 - LT bio)

The LT had to draw on the Ancient One's Amulet in order to absorb Protege:

🤨

Imo, this is all PIS, but canon nontheless, so I must accept it.

I can't believe that's canon. 🤨

All he seems to do is bag him.

It's not like LT couldn't do that, if he had a brain.

I thought it was pretty tuff...

Adjudicator's power works solely on thought, [ie. all it need do is think on something, and it is done]... According to Surfer, "there is nothing it cannot do":

----------

It transversed UniverseS at the 'true' speed of thought:

----------

Was omnipresent:

----------

Survived a full on scream from Blackbolt without even flinching:

Pretty cool stuff, imo.

Who is he and what issue is that?

The issue is called 'The Last Fantastic Four Story'

He's the Adjudicator

It's impossible for me to comment without speculating here,
because there's no info on panel or in bios I can draw on to suggest a sound opinion.

But from what I know,
the beginning of the Marvel Universe is cemented in the origin of the 616 Reality.

That's where the Alien Entity & Reed landed when they travelled as far back in time as possible.

Imo, one can't reach the previous universe,
because it's been completely eradicated.

One would have to reach the beginning of the current Universe, (birth of the 616 reality)
and then re-create the previous universe in order to make it a
designation with substance.

Even so, I think this is impossible though,
because the substance that made up the previous universe,
created the current Marvel Universe and the 7 Gems.

would it be possible to recreate/visit the previous universe with the hotu, or even the classic beyonder have the power to do so in your opinion?

I believe Scathan had TOAA's authority in this case, (a special agent perhaps)

due to these panels:

..............................................................................................

Hawkgod asked Eternity,

"Can we expect assistance from Scathan?"

Eternity replies,

"Negative, the Celestial's purpose is only to record
and Approve of what transpires here"

..............................................................................................

Then at the end, after Scathan pwnd Protege,
The LT tells Protege,

"your actions are inexcusable ... make your peace, may TOAA forgive you"

Protege begins to cry out,

"No, I want to be TOAA"

The LT responds with,

"Power is meaningless beyond this existence"

..............................................................................................

This tells me first,

Protege never had TOAA'God's true power,
because beyond the Omniverse "power is meaningless"

This makes sense,
since beyond the Omniverse there's only God in Marvel Heaven,
drawing Protege, THIS Story
and everything else taking place in the Omniverse on pieces of paper.

Imo, yes and no.

Classic Beyonder was either everything within the Multiverse, or everything outside it,
but he never was depicted as being both simultaneously. so no in this case.

THOTI makes one the god of the Omniverse, so yes in this case.

Meh,

The 'actual' TOAA would simply be whom ever was writing/illustrating said issue(s), at that point in time.

For example, Mick Anglo would have been Miracleman's original 'TOAA', then Alan Alan Moore would have taken that 'position', then Neil Gaiman after him.

Speaking in the 'literal' sense, there isn't only one 'TOAA' in Marvel, there are many. A different 'literal' TOAA representing all the various titles produced in Marvel.

As demonstrated above, one character/series, can have 'different' TOAA's, as the comic staff, [ie. writers/artists] change over the character's career.

👆 I completely agree.

That's why I have always kept my stance:

TOAA/god depicted in FF#511 represents all the writers & artists.

But I guess in order to give the name (Toaa/god) substance,
they were illustrated once on panel, in a place called "heaven."

Which leads me to this,
it's subtle but it speaks volumes of how Human this "OAA/god is:

"WE are all part of a process,
think about Your World.

It starts with words and pictures, the ordinary & the cosmic,
that's what sets the stage.

The Play is Your lives, Your adventures become explorations.
MY window into Tomorrow.

How far out is the world that's coming?
What is it?
Where is it going?
How will it evolve?

The Mystery intrigues me"

......................................................................................

He only knows what's going to happen next, as it's created & drawn.

I said it was subtle, but now re-reading it, it's quite blatant,
this is the representation of a real human being depicted as a fictional character.

I think Morrison, (as God), explained the role of a character's writer best, in these panels:

What comic is that from? I just love that dialogue.

They are from "Animal Man #26".

That was the final issue of Morrison's run on Animal Man --- The whole issue features Morrison, (as God), and Animal Man conversing with each other in that type of manner.

It's very good. 👆

Morrison's Animal Man was incredible.

One of the best, imo. 👆

Animal man was also tripping for a good chunk of issues in there.
I think Morrison was too.

Indeed.

There's a series in Marvel that resembles that (the Stan Lee meets) series.

Although I consider those Marvel issues to be goofs,
I couldn't believe I noticed it was canon in the Impossible Man's 2007 bio.

That specific issue (Stan Lee meets the Impossible Man) is just crazy.

The IM actually goes to Marvel headquarters "in the real world",
he meets Ralph Macchio & the entire Marvel staff, converses with them,
and even complains to them about what Wanda did to the Marvel Universe.

😆

I'll be posting that issue, since I now understand it's canon.

Only I don't know what to make of them, an entire staff of "Supreme Beings?"
