She was definitely able to destroy a Universe,

but she was seeking the Nexus of Realities to affect more than that.

She gave Havok somewhat of a fight while he wielded the Nexus, but,

he was inexperienced and had not adapted fully at that point.

When Havok adapted to his power,

he erased the Goblin Force from existence in an instant.

So I would have her right around the level of the Phoenix Force,

which is able to destroy a Universe, but not the 616 Universe.

The Mkraan Crystal is an object, and can not be manipulated as a weapon.

The Mkraan Crystal can Re-Create the Multiverse.

Nah,

they can both do the same thing.

The difference is you can use the UN as a weapon,

but not the Mkraan Crystal.

have you noticed any difference between a 'cube being' and a cube itself? i know one is the non-sentient form of the other, but cubes seem to have a lot better feats than cube beings from what i've seen.

who'd win -- kubik vs thanos with one cube? and in your opinion, why?

You're absolutely correct.

Mephisto actually compares a CCU to the IG:

"The UNITS are All-Powerful,

but simply REFUSE to break certain Self-Imposed taboos"

Apparently they limit themselves upon reaching sentience.

so it's conceiveable a single cube could actually be more powerful than the IG. only reason i bring it up is because i was glancing through some old books, resorting and such, and came across the x-o/ironman xover. anyway, long story short, they used a single cube to recreate the MULTIVERSE. that included both x-o's universe and ironman's.

it was a ridiculous feat, one i'd completely forgotten about. the books are high prestige and difficult to scan so no pics, but i'm sure you can find it if you look. make for some good additions to the thread and show off just how powerful the cubes are. 😉

As we know the Cosmic Containment Units, are the raw form of the Cube,

and when they evolve an independent Sentience they become "Cosmic Cubes."

And even then the "Cubes" are dependent on the company they mature in, this is why the Shaper of Worlds who developed in the hands of the unimaginitive Skrulls is so weak in comparison with Kubik who evolved with A.I.M.

Shaper is a Global Warper.

Kubik is a Pocket Universe Warper.

What's interesting is that even as CC Units they must have some Sentience, but it seems more like a subconscious Sentience in Mephisto's explanation.

Remember he said they (CC Units) themselves impose Limitations on themselves, though they can be manipulated to one's own end.

Also, the WILL of the individual is important to manipulate the CC Unit.

Hence why Thanos made himself a Universe.
