Mr. Master where would you put Eog, and Ego Prime in the hiearchy?
Ego is below Normal Galactus for sure,
he may match a Hungry Galactus.
Ego Prime is a portion of Ego,
I believe Thor stalemated him.

Where would Binary w/ power of the white hole?
I don't think I ever seen Binary draw on all the power of a White Hole.
In any case, while her power does derive from a White Hole,
she's no where near my Hierarchy.
She's below Silver Surfer in fact.

What about Superego, that creature he spawned that was taking on Celestials?
Super-Ego didn't take on Celestial that I know of.
Give me the issue if it happened, so I can read it.
Anyway, Super-Ego is a bit of a mystery, he may be the "Totality" of Ego.
In other words "Ego" is one Planetary system with Sentience,
but accrding to that issue, (with the Celestials) that is only a fraction of Ego's Totality.
So Super-Ego is supposed to be the sum of many Egos, how many is unknown.
Also, Super-Ego was absorbing Ego, and Ego escaped.
That's the first time and last I heard of Super-Ego.

Where would Eixtar and Dreaming Celestail would be compare to Galactus, I know that Exitar is above Dreaming Celestail.
Actually the Dreaming Celestial is the most powerful Celestial, or Was.
Especially on panel,
Exitar just hasn't done enough, he remade a Planet in Thor #389
other than that, shrug
By the way, they're both above a Normal Galactus.
Now although the Black Celestial was able to mess with Galactus' hunger, making him insatiable,
Galactus proved to be potentially more powerful, since Big G was absorbing the Universe.

Korvac didn't absorb any Abstracts, but some Cosmics.
Korvac absorbed Galactus' World Ship and these six beings,
The Stranger
The In-Betweener
The High Evolutionary
The Gardner
The Collector
The Grandmaster
and ALL of Earth's population.

where would Korvac be on your list at full potentail.
While Korvac was able to make subtle changes in the Fabric of the Universe,
he was not able to destroy the Universe on his own.
He was more powerful than any single being in that Universe though,
including Chaos and Order, but Mistress Death was helping Korvac,
to what degree or in what specific way, no one can say for sure.
But Korvac definitely survived LT's cheesy attack because of Death.

just him absorbing the Stranger, Inbetweener and high evolutionary alone he is too damn powerful for Darkseid to handle, would you agree?
