When something is writen in a wizard book, why is it called something that is writen by a fan when there is numerous of writers that came up with the decision and then they give a description of the characters powers. They are paid to have knowledge of the characters abilities but it is called fan based. Thats what I dont get. Wizard writers might have more knowledge about character then anyone on this forum.

They think wolverine is the greatest character in comic history, their not playing with a full deck. Wizard is laughing stock and isn't well respected.

Besides assuming your're referring to the Goku/Superman battle in wizard, even you have to admit that Superman as he is written now is much more powerfull than he was five or six years ago.

I'm suprised no has asked Grant Morrison who would win between Superman and Goku. He's likely watched DBZ due to his interest in anime.

Remember Jeph loeb is payed to write comics and he thinks captain America can beat up Onslaught and the hulk. Being payed doesn't make you smart just like being payed doesn't turn Liefield into a good artist or John Byrne into a decent human being.

I wanted Goku to win, but come on, supes wud have put upma much MUCH better fight than that !

I seen nothing wrong with the battle except the moon part. The thing about it was they defined both of there powers to the tee and then it was the writers were professional writers. It was nothing stated in there that the story was made from fans. Why would wizard hire a fan to write on a story against two characters.

A kamehameha blast I think is strong enough to take superman out but it never said that it took him out, it disoriented him and then goku hit him with a planet destroying punch.

Now the thing that you have to answer is this, in that story goku basically walked all over superman due to his speed. I know you disagree with that so my question is since ON PANEL superman has been tackled by beings that are light years much slower then goku and has actually been taken down by beings much slower then goku and less powerful, what was so wrong with the story. Konvikt went fist to fist with goku, solomon grundy, kalibak, etc.. and I can see goku just walking all over them with his high speed. I cant even picture them landing a damn lick.

I agree, superman "Space flight" speed is very impressive but when it comes to combat speed everything that he has done, goku in regular dragonball did it in his sleep. Starting from slapping machine gun bullets out of the air ending with seeing lightning in slow motion and also spinning around in a circle so fast that he becomes a living tornado. 🙁
I didnt see anything wrong with the story, just like the rest of them.

Superman and goku fight totally different, TOTALLY different unless you can name me at least one time where a mere brick has ever hit goku with a punch. In order to hit goku you have to have speed and know how to use your speed. Example, the ginyu force had increadible speed but they could land a lick on goku because gpku was just to fast for them, goku basically saw them in slow motion.

I do think that Goku is leagues above superman because honestly he is. Goku would laugh at konvikts effort, goku would laugh at despero efforts of trying to hit him, goku would laugh at solomon grundy, he wouldnt even find any of them a challenge due to there speed and would basically leave or just simply throw them out of orbit. Gladiator is my favorite character out of all comics but Im not going to sit here and say that he could take goku when he havent shown me any kind of combat speed feat that even make me think that he is comparable to goku. Just like sentry, sentry is a powerful being and I actually consider him>Superman but like I said about gladiator he hasnt shown me anything to even make me think that he is even comparable to goku.

Wizard also made a story of vegeta and nappa vs jla and I thought that was a great story also, and the jla got crushed again and nappa hand lift took out almost the entire team. The stories are great, some people wont accept it because there favorite characters are getting defeated but as long as its written Im going to accept it and as of now superman record against dbz characters is 0-2 and dbz characters seems to beat him quite easily on paper.

0.0000011 seconds: Superman punches his head off and reduces his body to a fine red mist

Taking minutes to fly around the earth <<<<<<<<<<<<<< flying light-years in seconds and escaping black holes.
