The only difference is range.

CN can erase any single Universe in the Omniverse,
although it potentially can wipe them all out,
since the Celestial Guardians have the entire life-orce of the Omniverse at their disposal.

UN proved to be able to erase the entire prime Multiverse in an instant,
it also re-created the prime Multiverse instantaneously right after.

Imo, at this moment, it's possible the UN remade all of Marvel,
although, I can't really prove that,
but the numbers add up when we realize the intricate function 616 has to everything else.

3. Was caimed by the Goddess herself to be greater than the Cosmic Egg (30 Cosmic Cubes combined). 5 of those 30 Cosmic Cubes are the ones that belonged to Magus, who created a universe with them.

The Phoenix Force has numerous weak showings and few high end ones, not even comparable to an incomplete IG. Going up against a complete Infinity Gauntlet would be a stomping in the IG's favor. Think about it.
