Would you...

Too true. but then it begs the question about the motives of dating because common knowledge has it that dating equals "love"

Common knowledge that dating means love?

Um, no. If you're going out with someone usually it means you like them. Maybe you'll fall in love with them, but does it automatically mean you're in love? Not by a long shot, and there are many people who date others but don't love them at all, simply like or lust for them.

Hell yes! Already have.

No honey buns, I loved him. I loved him very much so. I still do, but just not like "that" anymore. He's a poopyhead now anyway.

All I can say is: Don't do anything to soon. Men are pigs by nature, and you don't want to get hurt again. If this guy floats your boat then, by all means, spend some quality time with him and get to know him well. Then, as things progress, you can fool around knowing that he's genuine in his emotions. Remember, girls who have been in a recent breakup situation can be vulnerable. I hope things you your way, babe. 😉

Okay, hon. You get that. I get that. Commonly people don't. The participants dating and those witnessing usually automatically assume that dating = "love". whether its the genuine obliviousness about the situtation or its them knowingly misusing all that the word and the phenomenon that is "love" means is debatable but i digress.

How do I know?

Because if she really "loved" him as her usertitle advertised for as long as i remember, she wouldn't have come to this point here and now where she's fallen "out of love" with him and is fantasizing sexually about another guy soon after. 😐

"love" doesn;t work that way.

I would say it's because of people having a crush on someone else and calling it love, when it's actually not. Love is not something you can mistake for something else, and once you've felt it, you can never mistake anything else for it again.

Frankly, though, I see no problem with sleeping with someone you're not dating or not in love with - that's every individual person's choice and so long as they're safe about it, what right does anyone else have to tell them they're wrong?

No. Far too awkward.

Oh yes it does. Everyone experiences it differently. And it doesn't always last.

And just because you're in love with someone doesn't mean you can't lust for someone else - especially if you are no longer together and you're moving on.

Sorry babe but would you really know? He and I broke up well over a month ago and it was about time I moved on, and I admit, I did it suddenly, and it's not COMPLETE, because nobody completely gets over their first love, but I wasn't going to sit at home and pray to God that he'd come back to me and threaten to take my life over him because he was out having a good time and I wasn't, so I decided to do something about it, and I fell for someone else in the process. I really did Love Daniel, you may think that I didn't, but I did. 😉
