You do realize that Galactus is physically stronger than any top tier. He eats worlds under his own power. He destroyed galaxies with his blasts, crushed Surfer with one hit(physical, backhand, smash)twice.
Was about to kill (or seriously damage) Thor by throwing him, until someone teleported Thor, etc.
Magneto EMP shocked the Phoenix. He is more deadly than Surfer at his FULL POTENTIAL.
