Cloud, I figure it'll just be best for us to get 'em down once, then run.
Extending to his full height, Barb quietly feels the damage done to his jacket and back. Turning, he smiles down evilly at the Zombie-Vamp.
"Die" He says, Twirling his knives and plunging them into the chest and heart of the Vamp.
I wish I could see the Vamp's stats, the bastard's hiding behind the door, if this were a training mission, I'd run in and Hit him with my slab-like fists... For now, what's worse, SWAT or Vampires... Someone get me a UV torch!
Firewall, unholsteres his Deagle, tapping Straight shot on the wounded vampire out in the open!
Quote for the Day: "The objective of war isn't to die for your country, but to make the other Bastard die for his!"
The chairs are plastic.
But you can't employ them against the vamps anyway, for several reasons. If they are taking swords through the chest and still healing, you have no reason to think wood would work. But more importantly, yiu guys are blissfully unaware of the connection between Exiles and mythological creatures, and the diagnosis of 'Vampire' is hazy at best; it probably looks more like a stylisitc affectation (they are not burning in sunlight after all).
There'll be a time when you are clued in about how these things work, but that's not yet.
Damn it, eight turns in a row initiative has been yours...
Ok, Fire, you charge that one down, which takes your turn. Thatr's the one Marduk is fighting, btw.
Mors... err, seemed to not take an action. Shame. Still, with his catch-up blows, Hawk downs it!
Heph gets out the line of fire. The dust rising everywhere is starting to obscure the battlefield.
Melis damages her opponent to the point of downing.
Ares is in a good firing position now. Trouble is, though, Ares is simply very lightly armed.
Klez is much better there. His use of Bioth Gunds Blazing and Straight Shooter combined make his three successes on his gun attack on the Hunter do a healthy seven damage.
Sirin is shooting better; two kills.
Mirage has a bad time on her attack. Two successes becomes only one due to armour.
Berserker, you go for the key.
"Ohhh no you don't!" says Leader A, leaping above the fray and landing in front of you.
Helios has a low pool and does not like fighting armoured Mooks. His two successes are reduced to one also.
Takes you a turn to close from where he drove to, San.
Between the two of them, Barb and Cloud drop both targets, though for the third time, I believe, spare actions have been wasted, and it happens a fourth time later this turn. Do keep an eye on your turn number!
Burn downs his vamp.
Balder doesn;t roll as well as he would have liked, but his first attack rolls four successes, doubled to eight, for a total of twelve damage. The second attack, from the reload, is only one gun, though, as you tapped BGB. It rolls three successes for another seven damage. Good going.
And now Firewall is firing at that same Vampire also. But lacking burst fire against a target with Storm Turtle, misses are always possible, and so it is.
Bad guys!
I shall resolve The Hunter's actions agsinst Azrael when Trick next posts. Within reason.
Mook numbers are rocketing in there! I now have thirty-nine firers!
Sirin, you stay clear again, but this time your cover is totally shot away and you are not near anything else still intact! In fact, the central skeleton of the Tyrannosaurus is the only one still going. Oh, that and the Mammoth reconstruction.
Klez can take great comfort in that one firer rolled 555 against him, Bullet Time making that a complete miss.
That SMG fire is really starting to show... no more SWAT come in this turn though. The rest are covering the outside... which is appalling new for Fire and Firewall.
Marduk, seeing you guys are firing at the Vamps, goes for the Mooks instead. He rolls out of his Land Rover and goes for cover behind one of the big black lorries the SWAT guys arrived in, and with his twin Makarovs he blows away two of the SWAT.
But that's not really enough to help Fire and Firewall. You guys have left them in the lurch far too long. It was a really bad idea to leave anyone 2 on 1. You didn't need to outnumber the Vamps to beat them but these guys REALLY needed more backup. Combat Path must fight smart; this so far is not boding well. You must learn to avoid target fixation; you all just went for the closest thing and would not change.
Though it should be noted that Fire and Firewall should take a leaf out of Marduk's book! You can't fight this many guys just standing in the open and exchanging fire.

Guys outside - MOVE NOW. These stupid vampires are NOT going to stay down, so get moving the very first second you have any opportunity to do so! All the Vampires but the two by San and Ares and the ones at the museum are down at the moment, so everyone outside (who is supposed to be moving) had damn well better be using this turn to go elsewhere.
If I had noticed that Mors said "move when you've dealt with your bad guys" I'd have yelled sooner but I missed that. Stupid plan there.
Anyway.
Tapping IB against the Vampire this turn (the one behind the driver's side door, that Ares is shooting at).
