Nah.. As classic as that score was I think its outdated now..

when you see darth vader, the first thing you hear is the imperial death march.. when you see superman, the first you here is that score.. that score will never be outdated..

Agreed. The Superman theme is iconic. It needs to be used.

Cavill'd make a great James Bond.

lol, they have marlboro on krypton.

i love how everything looks so alien.. kryptonian shit is finally looking like its from krypton.. as good as donner's films are, i think putting jor-el and the rest of the kryptonian in robes and earth-like materials is outdated and just silly.. they ARE aliens..

So are they deliberately drawing Jor-El to look like Russell Crowe now, nearly two years ahead of the film?

The bearded Clark Kent smacks of Batman Begins. Is Clark going to journey the world as well, looking at injustice from the inside beforehand?

That picture of Jor-El is like five years old, so it's more a case of them copying the comics.

Clark, incidentally, in the same story did travel the world after college.

bearded clark looks cool imo; although he'll have to only sport it one scene and after some self discovery then shave it all off

Is it? Five years ago, in the wake of Superman Returns, the Fortress Of Solitude went back to it's crystal palace look from the movies, and Jor-El looked like Marlon Brando again (ready and on call as a hologram) in the pages of Johns & Donner's Action Comics, and the following years of Superman/Batman.

Superman Birthright. I might be wrong about how many years; actually, it was before Superman Returns, funnily enough.
