I think convicted rapist should be castrated. Not all convicted rapist spend their rest of their lives in jail. Some get out at an able enough age to do it again.

Chemical castration is a good idea, depending on the severity of the crime, of course. Sometimes I think castration is the only way to protect innocent women and children when these people are released back into the community.
