At first, I would have voted murder as being worse.
But then I thought about how the law defines murder. By law, murder is the willful taking of ones life.
Euthanasia is considered murder by law. Despite this, I would never want to see a person punished for ending a loved ones pain.
Euthanasia is not a brutal crime, more a compassionate crime. Because of this, I'd have to say that not all murders are the same, and therefore, one murder is not the same as another.
One peodophile, however, is as bad as another. There is no act of child molestation that is less dispicable as another-likewise, no act of molestation is worse than another.
The law does not define one act of molestation to be less heinous than another.
After thinking about it, I would say peodophilia to be the worse, simple because not murders are callous and brutal, and also because euthanasia is classified as murder by law, when I highly doubt people are going to see this type of killing in the same category as the Scott Peterson case.
