That's really interesting so hypothetically speaking if say...Spiderman decided to quit the super hero business and one day he was walking down the street and he saw a building on fire. He see's no other super hero around and a child is trapped in the burning building, the fire fighters are late...so say if he stepped in and saved the child would he get locked up for that?

The point that the Pro side is trying to make is that we are dealing with Super powered people and accidents like the Children dieing could be avoided if Heros would register and recieve proper training which is very true trained heros would be better than somebody with powers just running around without anyone to keep track of them.

Well if that's the case then I don't see the problem...let the government register superheroes anyone who disagrees should just walk the street normally do their thing and claim that they weren't actively seeking trouble or crime.

African Americans fought for what they believed in. The fought for there freedom, and for there families. They were imprisoned for wanted to be able to live freely. Now in this Civil war The people with super powers are now being hunted down. They have done nothing wrong, but be born with something that the government labels as different so they are being hunted. Does it sound familiar?
