You posted a scan stating that thanos was so weak that (in xover) he was drained by a single green lantern. Of course, you photoshopped out the bottom of the pic, that parallax was being drained at the same time. That makes a VAST difference in one's evaluation of the plausiblity and validity of the supposed "feat." (and also thanos' supposed "weakness", since draining thanos was equated with draining parallax)

In any event, I don't see the point of continuing. I honestly wish you just wouldn't respond to my posts.

I'll gladly post the results to the scan you keep crying about, You know..where Thanos was carried off by SS, and Parallax escaped on his own? The point to that scan was THANOS was also drained of HIS OWN Cosmic energy in addition to the OA energy.

Once again, Parallax had nothing to do with the THANOS forum. You showed the whole page and what did that change? NOTHING...because it had NOTHING to do with him. ❌

Heh... Just checked the first page, this IS sundipped Superman. That's no fair at all.

Under their own power, I'd give Thanos a good 7/10. But SUperman sundipped is a b!tch to hurt, if only because it is his ultimate, "look at me I can't lose" plan of action. He'll NEVER lose when he sundips, just like Batman will never actually get shot in a lethal area. So while he should still logically have limits and such. (as going into the sun should just boost his normal powers to sick degrees, rather than making him something completely different... I'd say the uberflames are basically heat visionx a billion) Still, I'd give that Superman a good number of wins anyway. Probably at least 7-8/10.

One more thing... Don't Dominus's powers work in direct proportion to the power of his foe? So he can trap Kismet and display massive psionic powers, but then fight Batman and be mediocre? I may be thinking of someone else, but I could've sworn...

And I wouldn't say Surfer really had a chance to speedblitz Thanos. As Thanos still got out of the way. And pimpslapped Cap. 😄

The scan shows that Sundipped Supes is pushing against full powered thrusters. Don't know if it's light speed or not, but since Imperiex has devoured galaxies, it shouldn't be anything less. It's not just moving a regular planet.

Except:

1. This is brainiac, not imperiex.

2. The pic I showed, where he's straining to move warworld, is BEFORE the thrusters are turned on.

If he's straining without the thrusters, it stands to reason that the thrusters aren't adding much if he continues moving warworld.

3. Your own scan shows that warworld is in a delicately balanced position. It's been positioned between apokolips and earth at a precise location. Why would brainiac turn on a light speed "thruster" (which is NOT the way light speed generally works in comics; you can't "thrust" yourself to lightspeed) when he was trying to keep a delicate balance?

4. It's still just warworld. Pushing up against a tricycle (no matter how much thrust) is not much of a feat relative to destryoing an aircraft carrier.

Warworld is the tryicyle. A planet is the aircraft carrier.

5. It's worth noting, finally, that brainiac states that superman should not be able to push warworld. That strongly suggests normal strength superman cannot, on his own power, push a moon-sized body through space.

For all this talk of how "absurd" and "arbitrary" it was for me to claim wm thor was 10x, there is exactly zero evidence that sundipping boosts superman's strength 1/5th of that amount, much less the "sick degrees" that everyone seems to assume.

btw, i should apologize to juntai. re-reading that post, it comes across far more mocking than I intended. certainly not justified by your post.

oops . . . maybe he was confused? but 1/5 of what amount? i skimmed this thread and didn't read EVERY post. avy has more scans and porbably knows more about current supes than i do and he seemed to be doing fine.

Okay, now is the time to get things straight. Thanos fought Tyrant to a standstill, and Tyrant is almost as powerful as Galactus. Galactus vs anyone = anyone gets owned. He would literally eat Superman. So, in conclusion, Thanos would destroy Superman. Heat Vision, or whatever wouldn't even be a factor. Superman would get his ass kicked, and then ripped in half, and then he'd be thrown into a red sun. Fanboys, I'm not sorry to say that Supes would get demolished.
