Thanos wins. He one shot kills Superman with his base-less, unproven superior firepower that he is too slow to ever hit superman with. He's just so much powerful that he doesn't need to use any of his most likely inferior powers to win 10 outta 10. But, if he decides to use them for fun, Thanos wins via his durability ability to handle a million punches a second from superman.

High end telepathy
energy projection
energy manipulation
teleportation
forceblock
magic
force-fields
The only thing that superman excells at compared to thanos is speed and it's not enough, because thanos's durability, force-fields and AoE attacks are more than enough to counter the blitz and destroy SM with ease. He would butcher him in 3 or 4 blows

tp is a hit and miss on sm but it might work, not that it matters, thanos can omniblast and blast again, and again and drop him.
