Is that it? Lightning and superstrength? Jeez. A Skyfather ain't much these days.

Listen Carver. I am not here to be spoke to sarcastically. You can either debate it properly or I just wont even bother to be honest.

Do you want me to carry on? Or are you going to carry on?

Why would I not read a scan I posted?

By saying "You've been hit by Zeus" it isn't singular. It's a remark of Zeus's power. Like woah Zeus punched you. Not Zeus punched you once.

It's like if I was in a boxing ring and got knocked out by Henry Cooper. If I woke up in hospital the nurse would say "You were hit by Henry Cooper" it doesn't mean he hit me once.

But like I said we can carry on debating but don't treat me like a fool by saying I haven't read the scans. That isn't a nice thing to say.

Not saying you didn't read, I said read the scan you posted which means, Reread it. Nothing in that scan states he was holding back, nothing.

You've been hit by Zeus is singular though. If it was anything more than that, then it would've been stated. Hulk healing factor was long gone before the fight ended.

Bruce, you're hurt...you can't...

Wasn't healing which is the reason I'm asking you, when did he lose his healing factor?

Zeus can basically do anything from what I've seen. So why did you ask me that (i think I know why and when you say what I think you are going to say, before hitting submit, go back and read that quote i gave you from me).

Okay fair play then.

He stated he was holding back. Stating that he already had enough punishment from being the Hulk himself.

The problem is if it was stated it becomes 4th wall breaking, which is why it is written that way. It can be shown 2 ways. Either you were hit once by someone, or you fought someone and were hit by specific person. And this time I believe we know what it is.

Sure I know about when it was stated. I have the comic on my external HDD right now. I was just explaining how Hephaestus worded it that's all.

Question...

How did Zeus know Hulk healing factor and strength was gone? How did he know it would take month for his powers to return? How did he know his depleted healing factor would only keep him alive to survive the Vulture but not to the point of replenishing his power?

Huh? So from that quote, you read that he was holding back? Hhhhmmmm, that doesn't even come close to what you are trying to interpret. Does anyone else agree with that and please let me know why because I'm not seeing it. The guy moments later is saying he is about to beat Hulk to death and chains him up so that his Vultures can feed on him for eternity. Not only that, after all of this, he sent gods and his creations out to kill Hulk.

I don't think I ever stated that.

Note: if I did quote me and I will 100% be prepared to explain myself.

You're talking of Hephaestus here. I have no clue to be honest. We wouldn't know unless the writer stated it himself.

What do you think in your opinion.

But...he only used punches and some lightning.

he wasn't going all out.

Which is what Dark Odin was saying all along. Here, let me quote him for you, which is when YOU added in your own interpretation of what he said:

It was very clear Zeus was toying with Hulk, lets not act like Zeus was going all out.

By your own admission, Zeus can do anything. But in his fight, he didn't. Ergo, he wasn't going all out.

Besides, Thor doesn't need his hammer to control lightning or do other stuff.

Well that was not Zeus saying those things, so how can we assume that was Zeus when it was not?

I have explained why I think he is holding back over multiple pages. I don't want to go through it again.

We are seemingly at an impasse here...

I only say I wont repeat myself as I would only be rehashing previous arguments.

He replied to my post on Zeus pounding (aka, pounding) on Hulk by saying he wasn't going all out. Why reply to a person that is talking about a skyfather pounding on Hulk with a statement saying "he wasn't going all out". What in my post was even mentioned about Zeus using all of his powers.

With that said, back to my original post. Hulk endured a comic book long beat down from a skyfather of the highest order without dying. Insane ft.

Why didn't he just go there and beat Zeus down🙂

Because he went there to give his life for his loved ones. Beating Zeus down wouldn't have helped his family.
