Elektra was the most horrible movie I can think of in terms of comic book movies.
I agree 100% with this:
Ultimately, the problem with "Green Lantern" is not that it's a bad movie -- it's two good movies haphazardly rammed together. On its own, the Hector Hammond plot would have sufficed for an origin story just as the greater Parallax story would have made for a fantastic sequel (and Sinestro War as the end of the trilogy). It is as if the film makers were afraid a Green Lantern origin story would tank before they got to make a follow-up, so they decided to do both in one sitting
Skip this movie, it is hands down the worst movie I've seen all year in the theaters (and I saw Sucker Punch and Priest in the theaters). Horrible and disjointed movie, truly terrible. I can't believe that it was directed by the same man who made Casino Royal. Wait until someone makes a Youtube compilation of all the Mark Strong scenes as Sinestro, because that is all that's worth seeing.

Fantastic Four was not the worst comic movie ever. Well, actually it is for me because of how they MANGLED Doom's story/personality/power. But anyway, OF COURSE Marvel is going to have more bad movies than DC because they put out way more.Iron Man 1-2, Spiderman 1-2, X-men 1+2, First Class, Thor, Incredible Hulk (Ed Norton), Kick-Ass and the original Blade are all pretty darn good.
DC only really has Original Supes 1+2, Batman (Keaton), and the 2 Batman Reboots.
I really liked Constantine ... probably helped that I never read the comic.
That's the problem with comic fans watching comic movies (same as book fans watching movie adaptations) we always expect too much. Everyone wants their favourite story told in the movie, or their favourite origin (how many versions does Hal have now?) It's just not possible to please everyone.

Watching Green Lantern: First Flight.. Its actually really good. Not seen the movie yet, but from the sounds of it they should have made it like First Flight instead.
I suspect they might do something similar in the sequel. I'm hoping for a Sinestro Corps type film. 😄
I thought Green lantern was a really good movie. It only sucked for me and this is my fault because i keep watching all those tv spots on comicbookmovie.com. Same goes for spiderman 3. The movie was garbage as a whole with all his dancing and not really expressing the evil that the black suit brings...That could've still been enjoyable to me if i hadn't watched the fight btwn peter and harry in the air, and a couple of other spots.
