The sandles are mystical and allow her to port to dimensions of a magical nature. I'm sure surfer has been caught off guard by like Dr. strange coming from some outside dimension. Or others. Diana popping in from a mystical wrealm is totally feasable. as feasable as people thinking he can turn the air in her lungs to poison.

and how does she find out where he is? Also ss can enter other times and dimensions. He showed thor once that he could easily enter any previous dimension he had been in.

It's not like he would know where she went? tho she would know where she left. She would know his last area. He wouldn't know where she was. Also I am almost certain surfer has been caught off guard by someone dimension hopping or tping in. If his cosmic senses were all that, he wouldn't get hit as much as he does.

The second she jumps to another dimension, he zooms millions of light years away, and she comes back with him nowhere to be found. We can detect beings lgiht years away, hear then , see them, sense them. She pops back and he knows where she is. Not vice versa

The sandles have to give the wearer some sense of direction and sense or else they wouldn't know where to go. besides if surfer zipped away and then all of a sudden zipped back on her, he'd be greated to a godwave amped blast or what ever the hell she did at the end of that comic, or a ten times the strength+godwave amped punch.

My idea was that he could hang out light years away from her, and know where she was. They he could Speeb Blitz towards here, unleashing planet destroying blastsm and fly around her doing this.

I'm sure SS can generate about 10000 times that juice.
Wonder Woman had a heart-attack and collapsed into a coma after over-exerting herself fighting. So she needs oxygen and could be deprived of it. Or SS could just fight until she collapses from exhaustion.
Turning the air in her lungs into poison (or something solid like steel) would be interesting. Or turning all the air around her into helium. I wonder if SS can do something like turn air into adamantium around her?
And WW was transmuted into an ape by gorilla city tech so she isn't immune to that sort of thing. I'm sure Surfer could do better than that tech - turn her into clay maybe.
