i watched the Brits last night for the first time in an age as it was live(i thought someone might have done something like decapitate James Morrison or say a few rude words.........sadly this never happened)
and i have to say i thought Liam Gallaghers perfomance was attrocious
his singing was terrible not in a John Lydon/Sean Ryder bad but good way but just ****ing awful
its good to see a band who have released the same album since 95 get such praise

the Chilli peppers doing the same old tired funk rock workout

although its good too see The Frattelis win they aint exactly doing anything other than what shit loads of bands were knocking out from 78 - 81

Didn't that Russell Brand guy present it? God he's everywhere at the moment, kind of annoying. Have to say though, my girlfriend made me watch his live DVD the other week and he's a really, really good standup. Very funny.
