Sufer Beats All Gl's For a sizeable Majority except John. John would get 3 or 4 wins. Kilowog would Match Surfer. Becuz Wog is already as strong and durable as superman and he is also the third best GL ever. Hal and Kyle however Clearly Trump Surfer in terms of Versatility and power and Feats. Surfer is slightly less than Infinity Man. Surfer beats Superman quite Easily if He knows Superman's Weaknesses. If he doesn't, he loses. He has shown that he is quite subjectible to a good ass beating by hand to hand.
PS. Auron and Wave Rider and Takion and Genis Vell, and Sentry and Dr. Strange and Dr. Fate are all Heroes who would own surfer without much trouble.

Constructs by Quasar, not the same as GL's.
GL's can manipulate cosmic energy to a universal level and beyond, I guess Gl's can manipulate SS entire being then.

again, most of these guys are in the same class. if we stay in the 'top tier' class of characters ss is at the apex. the guys i mentioned occupy the same territory imo and COULD beat him, some more than others.

No, because going by feats the GL's have shown they manipulate cosmic energy to a universal level and beyond.
Surfer being faster in speed or reaction times? No.
Gl's have shown they can infinitely up their reaction times, movement speed, power, etc.
Hal has even shown that he can will himself back to life.
Hal has willed and created the entire GL Corps, JLA, JSU, which were more powerful then their actual real counterparts.

Yes Surfer can manipulate the GL's constructs because its a form of energy like Quasars. Surfer to this day never haad problems manipulatting energy.

As Soljer already pointed out, I really don't think any normal GL is a candidate here. I don't see how their normal feats are marginally greater than the things Surfer has done.

Let's not look at Gl's in the JLA books, which even then they have some uber feats, Let's look at the history of like hal jordan over the years. He's done some crazy stuff.
