Looks like Apocalypse is mentally training Stryfe here.
From the looks of it, Jean and Xavier learned first-hand that Apocalypse had stripped him of what little humanity he had. 😬

The shadowy figure resembles Apocalypse (the figure's gauntlets, etc.) It should also be noted that Apocalypse was only seen as a shadowy figure in this issue.
Nice. clap

Ash and Prime, the question is, couldn't Magneto have done that to nearly anyone who was stupid enough to let him. Apocalypse was cocky in that fight, he was easily far stronger than Magneto. Come on, he was toying with Magneto. Earlier, it was Magneto and Nate Grey teamed up against him, and at best they were just holding him back, cuz as soon as Holocaust showed up, Apoc was quickly all in Magneto's face!!What Magneto did took a lot of concentration and time to build up enough to rip him apart. I could see that easily happening to Hulk, Thanos, and many others, if they gave Magneto enough time to do it without finishing him off, no matter how strong they are physically. To tear someone apart on the atomic level isn't a physical feat, but one based off the nature of his powers.
In other timelines (what if's?? if guess) Apocalypse and Magneto have either killed each other, bested one or the other, or have come to a stalemate. All I know is, in the end... Magneto will eventually die from a battle or from old age, and Apocalypse will always find someway to return. Since the AoA universe didn't happen in the 616 continuity, we'll never know if he eventually returned or not...
Well isn't the past on AoA, prior to the xavier death, the same as 616. If so, he's got his ability to regen from a single drop of blood, since he acquired that in the past... and I don't recall seeing ozymandias around in AoA. So he definitely could be brought back and kept in hiding even if the writers didn't like it, so long as they don't address it.

that is the part i was angry about.atomic level... maybe subatomic level of control. and being killed like that?
also.. he was broken in half.. there is more than a drop of his blood to come back.. but he didn't. It ended there.how's that he wasn't strong enough as to finish magneto and nate grey quickly?
Yeah considering how easily he can stretch and increase his size(which he does by acquiring additional mass, thus new molecules/atoms that would not have had time to be charged by mag...), not to mention shapeshift, he should have easily done that. Not to mention as said this conflicts with apocs powers of molecular control, which should definitely be above a depowered magneto.
As for apoc respect, I think many of the current writers at marvel's have lost respect for him.
The dracula vs apoc, had me hyped, but when I finally read it it let me down. It portrayed apoc both too weak, and disrespectfully.
Cable and Deadpool, while giving him both a reasoning for his recent resurrection as well as the godly blood-drop resurrection ability, basically treated him like Cable's b7ch. Truly disrespectful.
Only the recent xmen apoc arc(Only bought the apoc related stuff, so dunnoh much about current state of xmen around that time) seemed to give him some respect, and that was in a kind of sarcastic tone, and again he didn't seem that powerful. Which is disrespectful, especially considering all the god-like powers I've heard(again not confirmed as I've not read most recent xmen comics) many of the mutants and xmen seem to have gained(omega lvl). Apoc's supposed to be one of the most powerful if not the most powerful mutant, especially if you read his description.
Hopefully he's portrayed better in the future.

You raise some great points here.

Needless to say, if Apocalypse had accomplished his goal in The Twelve saga, he definitely would've gained omega level, and then some. 😛

Apocalypse displays the ability to phase, and rearranges the Harbinger's inner mechanisms to turn him into a bomb capable of destroying New York.
Funny how he didn't say anything back to Apocalypse after that. 😬
Nonetheless, events such as those is what made Apoc such an evil badass. 😈

The power levels in the AoA were fluctuating. A lot.Apocalypse's power was said to be rivaled by Nate Grey, and yet, he got killed by Magneto.
So...
Less powerful Magneto >>>> Nate Grey and Apocalypse? 😐
I just disregard that. Lots of Apocalypse's powers were written out of the fight so Magneto could win.
