The Ray Palmer of Earth-51 or 52 (I think) first discovered his own blood had the "perfect" quality to it, that led him to extrapolate that an antithesis of his blood existed (Morticoccus). It's buried back in about Week 20-something in Countdown.

You guys made it seem interesting so I just went and read the latest Countdown.

What gets me is...two issues ago they ended the comic with..Karate kid lives or dies...we must decide...and then last issues starts with them allready having a plan with rays blood and continues into the latest comic...was there a tie in issue i missed...it seems like they are just winging this part of countdown, waitng for the end to come...it does not feel like a whole conected story anymore...eh anyway you would think they would of at least explained if they were on a different earth or if they were somehow erased from our world 😕
