Exaggeration would be stating Storm was at "near absolute zero" within the earth's atmosphere when maximal lows in temperatures in the Earth's atmosphere lay between approx -90 and -130 degrees Celsius. -88 being approximately the coldest recorded surface temperature - which would make Vostok, Antarctica "near absolute zero."
And outright lying would be showing a Skrull impersonating Storm fighting Gladiator saying she could do the same, giving the impression that it was a Warskrull mimicking her powers - when really it was an ordinary Skrull with Skrullian technology that enabled him to harm Gladiator.

On panel she isn't suspending any "skyscraper", she is bracing a relatively small building which has lost structural support. Exaggeration is saying that she lifted said building and calling it a skyscraper when it isn't by any objective measure. And extrapolating would be to take that feat and say she makes class 100 winds.
Half of what you do is pure extrapolation, while the Namor feat isn't even extrapolation. You're more ironic than Ironic not being ironic.

By him being out of water, it could have reduced his strength. CM could have taken over, while he just hung on.
