You might need to learn a lil more about hulk. Let's use the mountain as an example. Savage hulks base strength is 90 tons. Well someone decides to toss a 150 billion ton mountain on his head... within the span of a second he amps his strength from 90 tons to being able to lift a 150 billion ton mountain without trouble before it drops on his head.
Hulk has a long history of amping immediately to insane levels.

Starbreaker feat: He had help from GL, making the feat questionable.
"Unimaginable strength" as a comment from another character is not a good measure of strength.
"by the look" is not a good measure of size... :-/
