okay in the beckett and Jack exchange scene did Beckett really know that Jack did all this for elizabeth?
Even if that was my plan," jack said, "and i'm not admitting to anything-there's not a tinker's chance of it coming off anymore." he glanced at elizabet, then leaned in closer to her. "is there?" he asked
She gave him a puzzled look AS beckett said "there never was."
I am a bit confused on that part.^^
Also in the novel it said if Jack stabbed th heart Will could STILL be with Elizabeth but we know Will stabs the heart so that means he cannot BE with Elizabeth get what i am saying? Also Elizabeth still doesn't understand why Jack did all this for her to be with him so she doesn't know Jacks feelings.
Well, Will dying for starters is a huge surprise. There's a reason why Disney was so quick to address that rumor when it first came out earlier in the year. They wanted to ensure that the surprise factor would still be in tact. But that's not the only surprise in store for us, I believe.
I'm going to bring back something the writers have said about the ending of the triange.
They said something to the effect of that one half of the divided audience in applauding the most correct choice by the end of the film.
Well, what is the most correct choice, given what we know about what happens towards the end of the film? You can argue it's Will simply based on the outstanding moral fiber of his character.

This isn't the last movie of the series right? I would be so bumbed out if they ended it here...
At the moment they're saying that there won't be any need for a film and that this will be the last of the series. But Johnny Depp has said that if there's a fourth film, he'll do it so long as the script is good.

Yes i was a bit confused there to...she was still asking herself...what would Jack want with her...as if it werent obvious...Beckett really burned Jack out in that scene...lmao! Made my Jaw drop really!
But Jack does somewhat admitt his feelings to Will....when they are in the boat and Jack has just caught Will leaving the trail for Beckett...Will says "Im Losing her Jack." and Jack says "Yes she's a prize that one." I think that scene is where they kind of make amends! Will was being honest with him and Jack was being honest with Will...i think its a sweet moment!

Lets forget that we are Sparrabethers and go as neutral as possible.
What is the most correct choice? Jack started sacrificing himself to become immortal so Will and Elizabeth can be togeter. Even though he gets to be somewhat happy because he will never die again, but he is giving up the love of his llife to go sailing forever at the seas so Will can be with Liz.
And I agree, Diva.
Also we musn't forget that we are have analyized this movie to the core and we have spent every minute looking over details after details....the mentality they film with is that not everyone log into a forum and tries to find out everything!! Most ppl dont know the stuff we know! I read the book and there was nothing really that surprised me...except for the Parley scene...and Elizabeth's speech at the end when she said "Today we are the Pirates of the Caribbean!" everything else I knew about....and i bet u anything we already know the ending...It's top secret for those who dont analyze like we do...but im sure the ending we've definately talked about it!

Here's my take on that particular scene and their relationship in general. They're attracted to each other in DMC, but neither of them have any reason to suspect that the feelings run any deeper.
Jack's feelings by the end of the film run deeper than attraction or lust. That's made clear without the DMC script. In the DMC script, it's a little clearer that Elizabeth also is starting to feel the same way. But Jack's actions against Will get in the way of this.
She says: every word you said to me, every word was a lie.
To which he states: Pretty much
So, from that she infers that Jack is untrustworthy and meant none of what happened between them on the Pearl. Which also makes her actions clearer at the end of DMC.
Incorporating the cuts from DMC script, we actually see that without a doubt Jack's compass was always pointing at Elizabeth and that he's not happy about. He doesn't want to care about her, but he can't avoid it. He returns to the Pearl for her but she doesn't know that, which comes into play for that particular scene in AWE.
She's laboring under the impression in AWE that Jack hates her and will never forgive her for what she did to him, and that he only cares about the Pearl and himself. What is revealed in that scene is how important Elizabeth is to him. She realizes for the first time, that Jack would have placed her safety and happiness above the Pearl. (And incidentally, she knows the importance he places on the Pearl.)
So for the first time, I think she realizes that his feelings run deeper, though she's confused by them. Also, the major conflict in the J/E relationship is that while Jack proves his loyalties and his love through his actions, not his words. Elizabeth doesn't understand that yet.
Does that make sense?
Makes total sense! I understand...thanks for that! But see at the point what do u think Jack thinks of Elizabeths feelings....i mean once Eilzabeth realized that Jack and Will had a plan...she traded Jack for Will yet again...with out Jack knowing that she had figured out their plan, cause Jack was fighting with Barbossa when realization dawned on Liz and only Will saw that she realized it....So then Liz proceeded to trade Jack to Beckett in exchange for Will....although Jack thought that she once again backstabbed him, even though she actually traded him because her faith was restored in him! because he's the only one who would be able to take over the Dutchman and turn the favors towards the Pirates!
So what do u think is going thought Jacks head? about his feelings for Liz?
^^^it does make sense....I understand that Savvy. YOu know way back when we said that...that perhaps when Lizzie says "every word, every word you said to me was a lie"..and Jack says "pretty much", she does think that perhaps the entire curiosity conversation was a lie on his part, and she may be a bit hurt by that, so she takes it out on Jack in the end, and he's misled her about Will (but there was a plan, she just didn't know it)....
and then in AWE (haven't read my novelization yet) he is being cold to her, keeps bringing up that fact that she killed him and he's betraying people left and right, so I think she thinks that he hates her and wants nothing to do with her...so she is shocked to learn that it's not that way at all.....

the most correct choice....pondering....of what we know of the spoilers leading up to the top secrt ending...at that point and time what do we consider the correct choice to be....I have a theory, a vision, but I'm not sure I want to post it or not...so i will keep mum...and i feel everyone in the audience will be rooting for all the characters to make the correct choice.. 😉

I think we've talked about the ending too...at some point.
^^ Ya but they never get to say anything to each other...because Liz and Jack are separted through most of the Movie!! The only time they are really together...Will is constantly hoovering over their backs or Jack's cold shouldering her!!! Through out the whole movie she kisses Sao, she kisses Norrie, but she never kisses Jack or Will....so im guessing that the next kiss (third times a charm) will be the one she loves! its annoying really!
