Ya i mean of course the book has left out a lot of things...cause clearly scenes we've seen in the trailer dont comw out in the book...like the Keep telling urself that darlin scene, the Will propsal, the crustation Jack, obviously Teague, they dont say that Tia is Calypso, the Tortuga and strumpets scene, they dont mention the death of Gov. Swann, So there is still pleanty to see....and honetly i think we are looking at a 3 hour film guys...there is just too much to cover!

^^ Ya but they never get to say anything to each other...because Liz and Jack are separted through most of the Movie!! The only time they are really together...Will is constantly hoovering over their backs or Jack's cold shouldering her!!! Through out the whole movie she kisses Sao, she kisses Norrie, but she never kisses Jack or Will....so im guessing that the next kiss (third times a charm) will be the one she loves! its annoying really!
Well during the fight she kisses Will. Hopefully she doesn't end with him.
Also all through the novel it keeps dropping hints of past tense
"Like in one quote it said she STILL loves Will" hmm still could change very easily
Elizabeth stopped pushing against him. She looked up into his (will) eyes-the eyes of the man she lovED, the man she had ONCE promised to marry. hmm.. what could that mean?

Well, apparently he has a line that goes something like: It's not about living forever, it's about living with yourself forever. My thought is that he'll sort of remind Jack to be true to who he really is, and prod the good man to make an appearance again.
Awwww thats sweet I almost cried!!
Wait did i miss something? Is this like a goodbye scene between Gibbs and Jack?

thats true...shoot i totally forgot she kisses Will...lmao...how idiotic of me...lmao!! So then i guess she Kisses everyone except Jack....or is that the Surprise!!?? 😱 hmmmmm!
okay i was watching Pocahontas earlier and it reminded me of POTC okay here is what i am thinking.
When poco. was talking to mother willow she was talking about a needle spinning and spinning and keeps spinning then finally stops and that reminded me of Elizabeth then it point to John Smith he will play Will into what i am getting at anyways it points to him sorta and it is like a new adventure and in the end she ends up with John (Will) yet her father which is the boss of the tribe wants her to marry kokohum but she doesn't he is like (norrington)
Okay then in the second movie journey to a new land she thinks John is dead and goes to a new world with another man i already forgot his name but he will be Jack anyways back to topic she hangs with him and they have their few moments together then John shows up and remember this is Will we think he is dead or in this case Davy's Locker The new guys and John fight over poco and she ends up in Jail and they stop the bad guy which is beckett and in the end she could be with John or sail with the new guys and she chooses the new guy and yes this is a disney movie where she chooses the other guy not her first love and i remember lovethemtigers talking about poco and POTC together. well it finally occurred to me about POTC
Just wanted to share this with you and alot of people think becasue it is a disney movie sparrabeth won't happen becasue they were not thinking of Disney when they started the movie it is more for adults like California adventure is more for adults than it is for children.

Man, what annoys me of Pocahontas is that her hair is always , ALWAYS moving. Like it has a life of it's own. Like Davy's tentacles.Anyways:
It's not about living forever, it's about living with yourself forever.
-TeagueSo means accepting yourself?
It's about accepting yourself, but it's also about accepting your choices. (What a man can do, what a man can't do).
I think he knows that if Jack were to chase immortality for the wrong reasons that he'll regret it and have to live with it forever.
Also, Jack would have to live with what he gave up to achieve his immortality, his friendship, his allegiances with the pirates, and perhaps a woman that he might even be in love with.
It's his parental way of snapping Jack out of his destructive path.
Okay Jack wants to stab the heart to live forever and Teague is telling him his consequences and Jack still wants to stab the heart becasue he is heartbroken and Will gets badly injured and Jack saves him by letting him stab the bloody heart and now Will is COTFD and Jack is still mortal
I think that is all correct yes?
What annoys me is that...they are at the last moment trying to give Jack another motive, another means of Happiness...IMMORTALITY! but we all know that isn't true! His happiness lies with Elizabeth! So when Will becomes COTFD...what then? Will will get his father, the girl and be captain, and live forever....they cant Give Will all the Glory...and leave Jack with Nothing! It's just not right!!!
Rememeber Will's Action figure on the Box it says "He Must Choose between the love of his life or his Father"....he cant have both!!!!!
I wouldn't say that Jack is necessarily heartbroken, at least I don't think he realizes that he is. He's a man who believes he doesn't have a whole lot to live for. There are some great lines in the book about how a pirate cannot surive on his own for very long. He thinks that he doesn't have a friend in the world who would come to save him "just because they missed [him]".
So underneath everything that's going through his head is this underpinning of loneliness, which is I think, tied to a hint of heartbreak, though he won't admit it to himself.

Oh yes i agree...i think that is why he is soooo moved when he sees the Dead Kraken....because it was 1 of a Kind....and although the Kraken Killed him...he didnt hate it! He related to the Kraken, he knew what it's like to be alone! so those lines of being the last of it's kind really sank into him....and that is why i believe that he is just useing Immortality as a cover up for what he truely wants....because being Immortal is like being Dead! u have to learn not to care for ppl/things because eventually ppl die, but He never would and he'd have to see things pass on...it's a miserable life i think! his only way out is if he commits suicide, by stabbing his heart!
Jack is probabaly the best man in POTC.
He is going to sacrafice everything to keep Will and his love Elizabeth together and live an immortal life so he can never die then Will gets badly injured and he makes yet another sacrafice and lets Will stab the heart to live while he is still mortal. Jack is really a good man and people are blind not to see it and elizabeth is stupid sorry to not see it either.
