Becuz Superman sets the standard so high, if the other heroes don't perform, they look like losers in the DCU and especially on the JLA with the likes of MM, Superman, WW, Flash, GL's, Orion, Barda ect.

😮 You know you can really test me. Any ways, At least half of the JLA members are Herald lvl or better. DC sucks when it comes to middle tiers. They are usually high end or street lvl.

I'm a big fan of the guy, but in Vol. 3 he was definetly herald, maybe in vol. 4 you cna call him that, but by the thunderbolts, he was Herald again...

Btw, the Mask is skyfather level... possibly even higher than that.
