I pretty much agree except, I would say Cap is enhanced compared to the rest of the guys in Street

Hell, Guenwyvar is standard equipment for Drizzt....I could probably make a case for him at mid-tier.

...I just wasn't going to list her. Not really worth it imo. Take away his bow and Hawkeye is still hardcore and a good H2H fighter. Take away the bow and Cat is an annoying 4th wheel.
