Unless the core Storm "absorbs" isn't the milky way. But judging by the purple streaks in the background, I think it'd be a safe bet to say that core was surrounded by dust clouds too.

It's apart of Storm's weather manipulating abilities. It afforded her the ability in serveral instances to control celecstial energies that provide enough continuity for it to be valid.
Nothing was granted or added on to her abilities.

I would say that she has been given this source. She can control the energies of all creation. The PF is life pure life force, right? Storm feeds off life force. Her powers come from her unity with life and her ability to tap into those resources hence that how she was able to tap into the galactic core.
PF exists before and after the big bang. Storm is a mutant that exists within the big bang. Until it is proven to me that Storm can exist in the aftermath of the big bang, then she will always be lesser than the big bang.
Not saying she can't become as powerful as PF, just that there is no precedent for it.
My only problem with you two Storm supporters is that you claim that Storm has the PF potential when nothing you have posted proves it.
If I can recall right, a long time ago it was stated that Galactus = DS. A long time has passed since then and it has been depicted as Galactus > DS. This is how I see the Storm = PF.
