There is nothing wrong with him. He's just scared because he now has the Mighty Storm as his opponent!

It's obvious that you know nothing of Surfer, if you question him having the power to wipe her out.
The millions of times faster, the abilty to dodge every attack of hers, the abilty to just run through her without her even knowing it before she dies, power to destroy planets easily, the duribility to be refreshed after going through suns, taking planet destroying attacks like nothing, getting up without a scratch from Galactus's attack, Hulk's massive strength repeatidly pounding on him having no effect, the strength to take off half of Super Skrull's face with a punch, the strength to one-punch Ronan, the shields that can easily take Hulk's attacks, intangible, ability to just grab her and knock her out with a mind whammy, showing the power to control the energies that restarted the universe which would easily have him controlling every attack, laughing from falling out of orbit and smashing into the planet's surface, overpowering someone who had Gladiator's powers + other beings + the uni-power, absorbing a massive amount of red sun into himself (bulked up after it), showing the ability to heal after getting turned into essentially silver bubbles, the ability to ram his board through her neck with a mere thought, make another board, and then keep doing it, might, no, MIGHT have something to do with Storm being a piece of shit in Surfer's presence.

He took out someone who was essentially the king of an entire universe, a God if you will.

You know nothing about Surfer, and you feed off of Storm's best feats (which is a no no since you are ignoring her average showings), which doesn't make Storm look good at all.
Hell, even if you don't know about Surfer, you showed your ignorance, by ignoring some of the feats that I named... but we are supposed to take with open arms, Storm's best/pis/hyperbole feats?
