Not to mention Jason always holds back against Dick.

Jason holds back against Dick as well.Everytime they fought he asked Dick if he wanted to team up and become the "Nightwingers".He also called him brother and saved him and cheyenne from a superstrong thug.
Once he wanted to talk and Dick went apeshit on him for no reason...
