while Logan is touted as a great fighter, he doesn't demonstrate his fighting skills enough to be in the tier 1 category. tier 2 is still pretty damn good though.

Ya Logan does not deserve top tier spot I mean he only defeated 3 of his peers on the list.
Then he defeat a member of the uber tier before

so what if he defeats other tier 1s? he's much more powerful (insane HF, razor sharp claws, unbreakable skeleton, etc etc). This just proves he's more powerful not necessarily that he's a better fighter.
Hell, venom could pwn most tier 1s, doesnt make him a tier 1 though.

The fights I mention Logan won due to skill, tactics.
He beat capt due to causing capt a blood clott.
He beat DD in pure h2h nothing else.
He beat Ogun through h2h.
He beat shang-chi through skill and tactical prowess.
None of the fights I mention did Logan win due to his healing factor. He won through skill.

How do you know that without his HF, Logan would have even survived long enough to earn those victories?
his HF and skeleton and claws are HUGE advantages in any fight with a street leveler and that cannot be discounted.
Let's assume Cap is the same skill level as Logan. This means Cap can NEVER win because Logan has more durability, deadliness (claws) and endurance.
thus, we CANNOT assume Logan is MORE skilled because he beats Cap.

In the capt fight Logans healing factor had been taxed out. So his healing factor had nothing to due with the victory.

Hes beaten mantis who is cosmic tier. I dont know where Namor is but hes beaten him in H2H and Namor is an expert fighter. It seems to me that hes beaten alot of third tier fighters so that is the justification for the second tier, but since hes beaten mantis he should go to cosmic.
