That's what I said a long time ago, but people argued against it. Hence, why I'm confused with the ranking.

Because Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow are masters at MA's and can easily take on Dare Devil and maybe even win. The others Joe's are just skilled.

Yes, I vote for Blade to second Tier

About Mightnighter going to second Tier. I vote against that motion.

I think he is very skilled but he's not a MA's master. He has great combat skills but the real reason why he does so well is it's because of his battle computer and superhuman abilities.

Its the same thing people say about the ninja turtles in vs's battles, yet i havent seen not one feat posted showing their skill.
