Honestly you people need to make up your mind as awhile ago I had a debate about this, and a few people said it's how skilled they are in a variety of fighting skills not just one.
Is having a wide repertoire of martial arts knowledge-base important and/or useful? Yes.
Is how they apply whatever knowledge they have of the martial arts equally important? Yes.
People should take both these into account, among other things, when they cast their votes, but at the end of the day how people vote is at their discretion. And at the end of the day, character movement is dependent on majority votes.
