ermm The thread is decided on votes, evidence has been provided in favor of a change, presumably people will look at it and vote, if the evidence is convincing enough presumably people will vote in favor of the change...

That's not saying there isn't currently a majority for, but as a general guideline changes aren't instituted until a three vote or more majority is clearly established.

I did, I even showed MK beating people already in the second tier. There really hasn't been a strong case WHY he shouldn't be moved up.
