Question..If a character from a lower tier (let's say high-meta) has stalemated another character from a higher tier (let's say low-herald) in the 2-3 times they've battled - would that warrant a 'bump' to the lower tiered character?
But you also gotta think that sometimes certain powersets just help out when facing people.

The KMC tier thread isn't just based on power, it's also based on things like position. The "Go to guys" of comics are ranked higher than those of recognized equal power if they're primarily seen in the background or have a greater tendency to job(or just lower showings overall). That's why we have BRB is on a lower tier than Thor and Captain Marvel on a lower tier than Superman.
