the differences between his two forms are definitely worthy of different categories, just not sure which one to start him in.

No (sorry) I have read his entire series and he does start off having trouble with Tombstone and Venom but his latter DH body can create forcefields of any shape/size he wants for a variety of purposes ... verging on GL-lite.

I talked to Nuul about it. General consensus is that differentiating anything at or above Skyfather is next to impossible. Talk to Master if you're interested (he has his cosmic hierarchy dedicated to it). But it would stir too much controversy and ambiguity.

can someone justify to me why dr. manhattan is ranked as trans-level? the on panel feats he has are quite honestly, sub-surfer-level.

I just noticed where Ra's al Ghul is placed. That is certainly innacurate.

Totally agree. He's stalemated Batman physically at least twice. And he's every bit as smart.
