9 officially against. Less than 9 votes have gotten people moved up or down previously. In the event of a close vote, the character remains in their current tier so yeah, it's basically a dead issue.

EDIT - Digi can move Etrigan up when he gets back.

can someone justify takion's ranking for me? i'd really like to know what he's done that puts him above a character like surfer. 😕

Apparently he easily defeated Flash, GLKyle, and CaptAtom all at once. Beyond that I think Highfather or someone said that Takion had "unlimited potential/power" or something.
