Or, most of it. But for things that he might lack, like the Godwave shield, he has in replace, manipulating energies like the crunch, super duper speeds, cosmic awareness, telepathy, etc.

There is abit of hypocrisy in your statement, but I agree that we should drop Orion at this point. And I concur with the principle behind your statement. Though, she does have the right to dissent.
Fangirl: just drop it already. Motion's obviously beaten. and the difference between mid heralds and high isn't just power, it's also status. But by the same token, the difference in fights can minimal. There are plenty of high heralds who meets the power requirement, but not the status.

As to teleporting beings across the universe. He hasn't done that, but knowing precise locations of things across the vastness of space. He has done that before.
As to altering reality, Surfer has some nigh crazy feats dealing with the physical world. Some would call it vast Matter Manipulation, but suffice it to say the Surfer can change the world around him if he so chooses to.
