I don't hold grudges. I don't dislike even problem members. Follow the rules, and you're fine by me. And so long as you're a member, the same treatment will be expected toward you as anyone.
Anymore, patriotism is almost synonymous with xenophobia. So I can understand the sentiment, though no, technically speaking there isn't anything wrong with pride in one's country. There's also functioning, and efficient, democracies elsewhere in the world. The fact that none have the worldwide spotlight on them as America does means that they are often ignored. But "best" in this sense is highly subjective, and likely contested more easily than we might think.
It's also not really for this forum. So back to tiers.

A recent vs. thread got me thinking:
I'm motioning for a vote on Death Metal up to mid herald.
His healing is epic. Anything less than atomic/molecular dispersion and he can heal almost instantly from it. Metal warpers can't do anything to him. He can dimension hop. Hiss offensive output is good but not great for the level, and his mystical metal can cut anything this side of adamantium (and possibly even that, though it remains untested). I see a fair number in mid herald that would beat him, imo, but also some that I think he'd beat. And almost no one in low herald that I think would have a chance at putting him down for the count.
Another perspective: he's Marvel's Shaggy Man, who is also in mid herald. That, to me, seems like the closest comparison. Slightly less strong, but has other weapons, and his healing/durability is just as good.
