As always, you're doing a great job confusing everyone on board.
I can break this down for you.
ABC logic usually fails because it compares a series of character victories over one another, to say that because character A>B, and character B>C, therefore character A>C.
Unfortunately, with comics, this doesn't work, because it doesn't take character and powers into account.
In this instance, I'm comparing characters with the exact same power set, to attempt to show you why two characters that share the same potential, do not necessarily belong in the same tier.
Green Lanterns all have the same base ability, but only the best belong in high herald, due to their ability to use it.
Your argument is, I quote...
"Exactly, but if Thor has access to [Odin's Power], then he should be placed in [the tier that Odin is in]."
When this logic obviously does not hold up with the rest of our tier system.
