Why on earth is Blob high meta?
-skin highly resistant to;
- cuts.
- temperture extremes
- blunt force trauma (too a high extent)
- disease that attack skin cells (i.e. immunity to skin cancer)
- healing factor
-any damage his skin takes will quicly heal
-gravity field
-blob generates a hemispherical gravity field below him that roots him into the ground like a tree.
- beings able to lift him must be standing partialy or totaly outside of his field to lift him since they will be working against themselves.
-superhuman strength
-blob is at least a 15 toner
-agility
-blob's agility is suprising considering his bulk, he can move an olympic athalete when running.

There isn't a clear line to be drawn as for when people should go on the list. But I generally think it's advisable to allow a character to exist for a while, and also establish upper and lower limits for them, before placing them. Wouldn't you agree?
