Key word: PEOPLE I KNOW WOULD DO IT. Not to mention there are alot more DC guys on that part of the tier list than Marvel. And just because they're DC, doesn't mean I'm wrong. 😉

Not to enter the sh*tstorm this inadvertently started, but I always saw Thanos as a charter member of this tier, but not its upper benchmark for power.
But I'll look into his showings to confirm this. A few websites are great for having all appearances. Then I'll make a decision on Tyrant.

Amazo--maybe beats thanos, but amazo has lost so many times hard not to see thanos using tech or mind powers or something to take the android out.
Asgardian Destroyer--animator is the weak link. thanos could likely use his tp to ko the force driving it.
Black Racer--tough call. not sure thanos could do much. but BR is a special case and doesn't just battle for the hell of it. he probably shouldn't even be on the list.
Count Abyss--would have to recheck the IW arc to know for sure how he'd do.
Circe at her best--maybe. was circe at her best>zeus? if so, i'd give her the majority. if not, it's likely a toss-up. but she NEEDS to be at her highest, or thanos would stomp her.
H/P Doomsday--i'd say dd would take him for the majority.
Classic Strange--only with prep. straight up thanos would best him for a big majority. classic strange=overrated on the forum
Despero (depending on version)--come on. thanos would pwn despero 10/10 . . .
Gog--i agree, gog would take the majority, but not easily
High E--no chance
Keeper--keeper was almost overpowered by the classic gotg. he was damn neared KILLED by an extremely hungry galactus. thanos would likely beat him
Classic Mongul--no way, or if he did take a majority, it is not even close to easy
Onimar Synn--this would be a great fight
Res man 1M--yeah, RM1M would beat him unless thanos could use his tech.
Silver age kryptonians/daxamites--meh. maybe.
Solusandra--??
Stayne--doubtful.
Sun Eater--another special case. it doesn't fight in the traditional way. supes was able to enter it easily and use a bomb to blow it up. this thing likely shouldn't be in the list either
SBP--be a great battle. not sure who's take the majority
Supes 1M-- 1M would likely win
Takion--not sure takion would win a 1on1. be close
Tyrant--tyrant should be off or above the list
Validus--be another great battle
king thor would also best him, but i don't think he should be on the trans list either.
for someone accusing people of lowballing, you're really not giving thanos the credit he deserves. you call for proof, but thanos almost never loses in straight up combat. YOU'RE the one saying all those people could beat him. thus the onus of proof lies with YOU to convince US that they could beat thanos.

i agree with both. HE is a very tough one to gauge though. he does have some very high-end feats, but he's got some low ones well. i would say that a battle between him ss would be a close one. he's certainly closer to herald than trans.
