We're actually going to be closing the tiers thread for quite a while once the current set of characters have been discussed, voted upon, and decided. The close has nothing to do with activity or behavior in the thread, but is for the purpose of enacting the large-scale update to the thread that is being planned. Since this thread is low on my priority list compared to my other forum responsibilities, I don't want to be trying to update the list itself while also having to deal with changes to the current format.
Various other member will be involved in the update, and will be contacted as needed. Thanks in advance for you understanding. But if you have votes or discussion to get in, now is the time to do it.
After some extensive talking with Steve, Ill retract my vote and vote for with regards to Batman.
His suit gives him an advantage over most high streets, and he is all about the gadgets after all. Without the suit I'd give him high street, but considering that it is a high tech piece of machinery and that this tier, no matter what people might say, is mostly divided between those with powers (or in this case, tech that simulates powers) and humans with skill, I'd have to give Batman the lowest rung on the ladder of low meta.
