i think it's been pretty well established that bats could take out a lot of the low meta's. at this point, i think many are saying no because if we raised him, it would seem logical to raise a few others. panther, cap and elektra are some good examples.

What makes Batman so dangerous are his prep and resources at hand. With out them, he fits competitively in the high street level.

Nay for Batman being moved up.

Bats kicks Killer Crocs ass on a regular basis. And with no prep, this is all on the fly thinking.
