im not, but i cant just go through the whole list, this is about Batman and i just havn't seen the evidence to suggest he's low meta, infact so far everyones answer to that is "if ironman is up there, so is bats" you don;t do the list based on who can beat who , or who outsmarted who.

Look, you're reading too much into the tier titles. It's about LEVELS, it's a TIER LIST, it even says Iron Man level :/. Very few in the herald category ARE HERALDS. Herald has a definition, is Superman a herald?
