Uh...no He won't. That is not how God operates. God does nothing apart from one's faith in His ability. Besides, eternal life is not necessarily a blessing in the sense that you mean it, but it is a verity and a great benefit.

Partial truth is still a lie. The devil has the ability to speak truth but he does it in a way that serves his evil purposes. For example, the devil correctly quoted Psalm 91 to Jesus regarding angelic protection. The problem was he tried to get Jesus to test God's promise of protection. So the devil can speak truth but his modus operandi is lies. The devil speaks just enough truth to reel you in so that he can feed you with lies. That is how he does all that he does is through lies and deception.
