i see conflicting arguments here
Where's the conflict? If you have heard the good news (i.e. the gospel) and you have rejected it, then you will be judged in light of that knowledge. (Now I am about to use conjecture here because I am not sure exactly how God will handle this) If you have never heard the gospel, then you will be judged according to a different standard, but judged nonetheless. You will perhaps be judged in light of your conscience. Again, I really don't know how God will judge folk who have never heard the gospel. But it is not important. The job of the believer is the tell others about Jesus Christ and leave the other stuff for God to figure out. I'm sure God already knew what He would do from the beginning anyway, nothing takes God by surprise. The Bible states that God knows the end from the beginning.
