Why does Hudlin make all white characters seem dumb, and black characters seem almighty????
Because growing up he never had any good black super-heroes, instead he was forced to read about prodominatley white ones.
He only writes these stories, because he is mad about his family spending hundreds of years in ****ing chains as slaves. Does this make him racist??? no. He isnt gaining anything from this, he is simply trying to make the comic book field an even playing field.
He is definatley predjudice, but he is not racist, for he is black, and by him writing these stories, white people get to laugh and make joes about how silly it is to see a dominant black male, which once again makes black men look inferior and keeps us in the rut we are in.

Ergo, if Hudlin holds prejudicial views of Caucasians, which one could surmise, although not conclusively, from various statements he's made and from the general tone of his writing, then that would be racism.

No, Racism is a personal view or belief, and has nothing to do with a system unless that individual is empowered in some way, I.E., foreman, C.E.O., Supervisor, etc. Then, and only then, does it become a system, and even then, the system is not at fault, only those who run it, because a system is effected by ones personal view or beliefs.
Also, an individual can be a racist, and not profit form it at all, in fact Kam, that individual can actually lose from it, by not experiencing the benefits of interacting and learning form other races.
Now a system can be racist if its set up that way, the KKK's system is racist. However, any system good or bad can distribute systematic beliefs, such as the Air Force will not recruit single mothers, or the Infantry only wants men, or dairy queen (where I'm from) will only here women.
These places have systematic beliefs, but there are not wrong so to say, because its there rules.

I don't agree with this, the only whites that who seemed "dumb" where the ones that tried to invade wakanda in BP#1. And the only reason why the where dumb, was because they where racist. (BP #1 reviewed the history of wakanda and the Europeans who where enslaving Africa, they tried to invade wakanda and got pwned).

Not really, he is not really prejudice either Kam, he is what I like to call a Race man (think Denzel Washington from remember the titans). He loves black people, and is proud to be black, but does not hold anything against other races. He will, stand for what he believes in, and write it how he See's it, but if he were prejudice, he would of re-conned all of BP history and made him and Cap hate each-other, but he didn't, they are in his comic, still the closet of friends and highly respect each other.
