the inner city are loaded with children of this kind. With parents who had kids on a whim, who weren't planning on having kids or were neither ready mentally to deal with one (or 2 or3), for years to come resulting in kids getting neglected and turning out fcuked..

Who Is anyone to say whom deserves to have children. MANY poor parents raise children without utilizing government assistance. It seems to me that your gripe Is in relation to irresponsible parents and the welfare system. I can agree with with you in irresponsibility and the abused welfare system, but dictating who can have children and who cant, will not fix this problem
You cannot judge or decline a child's right to exist by it's place of birth, the situation of it's parents, it's race or gender.
Sure, in some nations or communities they better learn to use rubbers real fast as in some cases this is indeed out of hand.
But it's so easy to b*tch about the poor 'polluting' the world by having even more poor offspring when you're in a better situation yourself, sitting in your comfortable war-free airconditioned rooms.
But with numerous 'poors' eventually becoming significant persons in human history, you better take a good look at yourself before you give them that lesser right to be.

I'm not advocating that only rich have kids. Just people who can afford them. Regular, normal people that have the means to do so.
I do agree on the subject...at least that people who cannot support children should not have them. Thats been the case for hundreds of years and a growing problem since the 1600s when parents began mass-abandoning children they didnt want. Now, even with contraceptives, it is ironically even a larger problem, though there are less poor people then there were -and "poor" is not well defined, because that is subjective.
The real problem is that society is based off a monetary system where certain "levels" of wealth do not make up class anymore, but opportunities. If you do not have many opportunities, then you are considered poor and miserable. That is not true all the time, but things definately arent so great for you if you are less wealthy.
The whole idea of wealth/# of children (or children at all) is based on a system that constantly holds back people from where they should be in the world. There was a simplicity that once solved this problem for itself which was lost hundreds of years ago and continues to become more vague and distant as we grow and keep advancing.

Nope because Whites thieve too. Just as regularly as Blacks do. Now the racism thing. Well. All we have to do is look at the history of it in the U.S. and it's main practitioners that even live on today in that tradition.

No they can't sue. The committed the crime at the time. They fell below criteria expectations while heavy with child and had to abort it in accordance with law.
Said parents could have a child, if they were able fully provide for it, 7 months later after not being able to afford one. The "treatments" wouldn't be permanent.
